Lisa has over 10 years of bookkeeping and tax experience in the private and government sectors. She has worked with a variety of industries, but has particular expertise in government (federal, state, and local), financial and academic institutions, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. She has had significant involvement working with small businesses and start-ups, including compiling budgets and proformas, analyzing best practices, and completing and reviewing SBA documentation and other loan documentation.
Lisa has Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is currently working on her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Lakeland College. She is also currently working toward CPA Certification.
Lisa has been an active member of the community. She served as an elected position of Town Clerk where she was responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, payroll, worker compensation audit reports and verification of fixed assets. She also was a committee member of the Employee Assistance Program, Crisis Negotiation Team, and Health and Safety committee for a correctional facility and was appointed by the Warden to be an Advocate for Inmates.
